Who is Surya's Pair in Singam Part-2?

Gorgeous Anushka Shetty is all set to pair up with Surya again. Yes, they will be seen together in the second instalment of Singam.

Director Hari has confirmed that Anushka has been signed to play the female lead in his next film. However, the script demands another leading female face and they are still in search for it. Reacting to the reports of Amala Paul being roped in to play the second fiddle, the filmmaker clarifies by saying that nothing has been finalised yet and the talks are on with her.

However, Hari refused to confirm whether the forthcoming movie is the second instalment ofSingam. The filmmaker said that he will talk about it in a fortnight.

Ajith’s Billa 2 has completed its Goa schedule. The unit members are now back in Chennai after a gruelling 23 days schedule.
On the last day of the shoot, heroine Parvathy Omanakuttan brought a huge cake to the sets and surprised everyone. Thala made director Chakri Toleti to cut the cake and the star himself distributed it among the unit.
Now the third schedule of Billa 2 is being planned in Georgia, a country in Eastern Europe with a lot of natural never seen before locations.
Chakri Toleti is also planning to shoot a snow storm scene where Billa and bad guys fight on snow covered mountains.
The idea of Chakri seems to be to avoid overexposed international locations in Indian films like Thailand, and try out new locales.

Suriya, Kajal Agarwal, KV Anand and the rest of the Maatran team were in Latvia for a song shoot. KV Anand who is famous for his gorgeous visuals had chosen this location as it is yet to be discovered by tourists and boasts of an untouched, verdant landscape. The song has come out very well and the team is back in the city.
Harris Jeyaraj is doing the music and S Sounder Rajan is handling the cinematography. Director KV Anand after delivering back to back hits with Ayan and Ko is on a hat trick and all eyes are on Maatran.

Vijay Speaks about "Nanban"

Vijay is very pleased as Velayudham has been hugely appreciated by his fans. Even as the accolades are pouring in for this film, Vijay has set his sights on his next release which will be Nanban directed by Shankar. According to the actor the film is not a blind copy of the original 3 Idiots but a fresh take on the same concept.
Shankar's vision and ability to innovate keeping in mind the tastes of the Tamil audience is truly amazing according to Vijay. The actor added that working with Shankar has been an educational as well as extremely pleasant experience. Nanban which also features Srikanth, Jiiva and Ileana is expected to release in time for Pongal.
